Cardio Stride is an outdoor class, created to allow us to exercise together in the fresh air while observing social distancing.
The class provides a cardio workout with some functional strength training and muscle maintenance. The class is set to music and involves power walking with strength intervals.
The class is suitable for all fitness levels. Intervals are done on the spot, allowing time to catch up, and there are modifications to make each exercise more or less challenging.
We ask that you wear shoes suitable for brisk walking outside, and a high visibility top. You will also need a 1m- long resistance band for the strength training.
